Rapid Depopulation Leave Shops Empty

All shops abandoned, some never opened.
The State of Washington has gone through recent ebbs and flows with its population over the last month. Three weeks ago, the state was decommissioned as a No Go Zone by the Federal Government, freeing up the area for homesteading.

Developer, Mr. Blank was the first to come to the area with dozens of citizens moving to Washington shortly after. Many ambitious projects such as the Camano Township quickly approved and constructed to meet demand if the incoming growth. But demand was in short supply as citizens left the state.
A representative from the Federal Government issued in a statement "Rapid growth along with the lack of security are being investigated as the cause for the population decline"
