What's the Future of Washington?

Zombie population on rise as human population reaches zero.

The Department of Defense has completed a census on the State of Washington and the results are worse than expected. After the Event, the population of the region was at 10% with a Zombie ratio of 9 out of 10. Only one out of every ten people survived until the mass evacuation of the Pacific Northwest.

Parts of the Northwest region were reopened despite the high number of Zombie still active and dangerous. Opponents to reopening the region have voiced opinions stating the high danger and little protection the region has in place.

"We are doing what we can to eradicate the Zombies with little result..." A Federal Agent spoke with press, "...thousands of bullets have done little to reduce the numbers. We have a highly secure project we're ready to test and Washington is on a short list for Ground Zero"
