Bellevue Manor to be Sold

The Recognizable Blank House is going to be put up for auction.

The "Red House on the Hill" that Washington Developer, Mr. Blank built as a home away will go to the highest bidder. Located by the Bellevue Golf Course, the place has never been lived in and maybe has the best view of the Seattle over the North West Suburb.

"I thought I was going to use it... but it's too nice to keep abandoned"

Does Mr. Blank need the money?

When questioned why this beautiful place is going up for sale, Mr. Blank explained "I made the place because I thought I'd like to get off of Clearwater once and a while. I thought I was going to use it. I would stop by when i was in the area. But I never returned to set up the place to call it home. I like the place a lot but it's too nice to keep abandoned."

There is no date set for when the auction will take place or the minimum asking price a this time.
