Clearwater Boardwalk Proposal

City Council reviewed the proposed plans for Blank Industries to build a Boardwalk as the newsiest addition to the Clearwater Development.


The proposed boardwalk is set to feature shops, boathouses, a boat dealership, and more. The Clearwater Boardwalk will be located just north of the Blank's Free Car Lot and is staled for construction pending City Council's approval.


Mr. Blank said at the City Council meeting that "...plans are being drafted for Public Shops and a new Blank's Marijuana Dispensary along Public Boathouses for citizens to enjoy Washington's Waterways."


Future plans include luxury house are in the pipeline but have not been up for propsition. "After we finish the boardwalk plan, we have our eyes on expanding Camano because it's already at capacity. We don't want another Everett ghost town" Mr Blank told Seattle News over the phone.

When will the Boardwalk be open?


Geological studies are still being conducted in the area to determine the best location and future impact of traffic to the area's dirt road. Claim Flags are already being laid and construction will start ASAP.
