Seattle News Building Seeks Tenants

The Seattle News Room on the ground floor.
The Seattle News Building in Downtown Seattle is going to hold an auction for the the two vacant floors above the News Room. What was once a bustling building of offices now sits largely vacant. The second floor has a lobby space with a large office and the third floor is an open space with rooftop access.
The starting bits are set at $1,000 for the Second Floor and $2000 for the Top Floor. The building is powered by and Industrial Generator which is fueled by Seattle News.
